Booking/Cancellation Policy/Re-schedule/Refunds

  "I value our intended appointment time together and the time you choose to dedicate to your well-being. Thank you in advance for your business and choosing Conscious Awakening Energy Healing Services as your wellness provider." If a cancellation is required by you, please be courteous to let me know as soon as possible. I do set aside a reserved spot for you and do prepare for your appointment in advance. You will be sent a reminder notice via text and/or email 24 hrs. in advance as a courtesy to help keep your scheduled appointment as intended.

A credit card is required to be placed on file to schedule your appointment. 

If you cancel day of your appointment, I reserve the right to charged up to full price for your service. You will be able to re-schedule without penalty same day as canceling to avoid full charge. 50% may be charged day of cancelation and rolled over to re-scheduled date once your appointment is completed.

Any and all services are non-refundable. Gift cards to have an expiration date that do expire on date stated. All Package Deals and pre-paid services are Non-Refundable although, they are transferrable. I do appreciate and value your time and will do my very best to make sure your session with me is a pleasurable one and are satisfied with your experience.
